OUR BEGINNINGS
Originally founded as New England Catheter Corporation, we officially changed our name in 2018 and evolved to New England Tubing Technologies in order to better represent our wide array of manufacturing capabilities and product offerings. Having manufactured custom components for the medical device industry for over 30 years, we have grown into a multi-faceted manufacturing company delivering advanced tubing solutions for today’s most demanding applications. From the beginning, our focus has been unwavering: precision manufacturing, specialty tubing innovation, and service that moves customers forward.

New England Tubing Technologies operates within a 15,000+ square foot state-of-the-art controlled environment manufacturing facility in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Here, innovation is constant, and performance is non-negotiable. Backed by the advanced extrusion expertise, wire-processing strength, and deep manufacturing knowledge of our parent company, New England Wire Technologies, we bring unmatched capability to industries including medical, industrial manufacturing, military, and aerospace. Providing superior performance tubing is our passion, regardless of application.
Our design engineers work side-by-side with customers to develop inventive, application-specific tubing solutions and custom OEM components engineered to exact performance requirements. Through true vertical integration, we support every stage of development—from accelerated prototyping and small-batch builds to full-scale production and value-added services—all with speed, precision, and control.
WHAT WE DO
New England Tubing Technologies delivers a comprehensive portfolio of custom tubing solutions, including medical braid, spiral- and braid-reinforced tubing, lubricious-lined catheter shafts, multi-lumen and multi-durometer tubing, and hybrid constructions. We specialize in thin-wall, tight-tolerance designs, bonding thermoplastics to fluoropolymers, and braiding both round and flat wire. Beyond traditional tubing, we offer eTubing®—hybrid tubing configurations that integrate signal, coax, or other electrical components directly into the tube wall.
To further enhance performance, we provide a wide range of value-added and post-processing services, including tipping, hubbing and flaring, shaping and forming, radiopaque striping, UV adhesive application, centerless grinding, annealing, laser ablation, cutting, or drilling, as well as offering assembly solutions.
New England Tubing is a wholly owned subsidiary of New England Wire Technologies which has been a manufacturer of custom wire and cable products for over 125 years.
